We are seeking a highly skilled General Cardiologist (Non-Invasive) to join our dynamic team at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing top-tier cardiology services and will play a key role in the growth and development of our cardiology department.
- Title: Cardiologist (Non-Invasive) Physician.
- Location: Eureka, California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative cardiology services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in the development of cardiology protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Engage in patient education and preventive care programs.
- Contribute to the department’s academic and training missions.
Qualifications:
- MD, DO, MBBS or Equivalent.
- Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
- Valid California medical license or eligible for licensure in the state of California.
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Providence Heart Institute at St. Joseph Eureka Hospital
The Providence Heart Institute at St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka and high-volume practice that serves a large catchment area of greater than 150k population and is the only specialty cardiology practice in the region. You will join a very busy, high-volume cardiology department that is highly collaborative. Working side by side with skilled interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery, the cardiologists provide the highest level of quality cardiovascular care to the community.
Practice at St. Joseph Hospital, Eureka, a regional cardiology referral center with advanced STEMI designation, two modern cath labs, a level 3 trauma center, cardiac surgery program, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, advanced cancer care, and a Family Medicine Residency Program.
The cardiology clinic and separate diagnostic center are both within minutes of St. Joseph Hospital.
